The Venue Hire fee for Cottonwood is $3000* and min of 3 nights accomodation.

Up to 80 guests are permitted for Weddings.

Port Douglas Weddings and Hire is the exclusive supplier for Cottonwood Estate.

Cottonwood Estate can sleep up to 8 guests for $1415 per night.

Min 3 nights stay is required, however we suggest staying for up to 5 nights to enjoy the views and truly relax and rejuvenate after your special day.

MAIN RESIDENCE - This very unique A-frame building offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and living area that opens to a large deck with outdoor dining, sunlounges and ocean views.

GUEST CABANA - The guests cabana has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned and self contained with its own private lounge and kitchenette. It also offers ocean views and has its own private deck with outdoor dining table.

Cottonwood Estate also features a large saltwater swimming pool, private tennis court and decked walkways throughout the property.

Cottonwood is located at Oak Beach, just 10 mins from Port Douglas. Please note all guests must arrive and depart by prearranged Transfers.

We will happily arrange return transfers from Port Douglas and surrounding, for all your wedding guests.

There are shared bathroom facilities inside the houses. However for weddings over 30 guests, a luxury loo must be hired for the property for guest use.

Paved Garden | A private area surrounded by gardens next to the main house, perfect for a sit-down dinner reception for larger weddings.

Tennis Court | Surrounded by a Lush Garden and sky-high trees. The newly refurnished Tennis Court is the perfect location if you want to have everything in one location. Cocktail area, Sit down Reception for up to 80 guests and still have enough space for a Dance Floor and Band.
